Canary Wharf London

Safe and Secure

The Equity Building System™ is administered through Hank Payments and issued through Cottonwood Payments, a division of, FinWise Bank, Member FDIC. Their impeccable record has demonstrated our ongoing commitment to our clients. Providing the best service available is our mission...one we are proud to have exceeded!

All client funds are transferred through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) under the strict regulation of the Federal Reserve and protected by federal banking laws, including Regulation E which protects client funds against fraud or loss. This provides the highest security to the client. The Equity Building System™ uses state-of-the-art computer technologies to track the entire process from encrypted electronic debit through disbursement. This ensures the accurate and timely transfer of client payments to their lending institutions or payees.

To guard client information, we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards. Our core systems and services are maintained in a secure virtualized environment, protected by firewalls with multiple intrusion prevention systems (IPS). Advanced software and hardware tools provide live monitoring of all activities for both internal and external networks. Further protection is provided by encrypting, auditing, logging, archiving, backup systems and real-time data replication to separate locations. No confidential information is shown or is accessible through our website.
